A little help

Let’s get you
back to your plans.

Accounts, calendars, and the things in between.

Getting Walli

Public website sign-in and account creation are closed while the iPhone App Store release is prepared. The App Store listing is not yet publicly confirmed.

Check App Store availability →

Create, sign in, or recover your account

Website sign-in, signup, and password recovery are not open. Use the iPhone app when its App Store release becomes available. Existing website customers can still reach billing management below, and account support remains available by email.

See iPhone release status →

Explore or clear a sample

The website sample needs no account, never mixes with your personal calendar, and resets when you reload it. In the iPhone app, Clear sample year removes only sample entries after confirmation; your personal plans stay.

Manage or restore your subscription

Existing website customers can sign in to the billing page to manage or cancel a Stripe subscription; new website checkout is closed. For an iPhone purchase, Apple continues to manage the subscription. Lifetime purchases have no renewal.

Manage website membership →

Join or manage a household

In Walli, open Settings → Household. The owner can invite someone and choose their access. Join using the invitation or its code while signed in to the intended account. If the calendar looks different, check your account and household before adding or removing anything.

Keep a copy of your plans

Use the export and backup controls in Walli’s data settings to keep a copy of your calendar. Check the file before replacing or clearing data. If a sync issue occurs, keep the device with the latest plans unchanged and contact support.

Delete your account

Delete your Walli Cloud account from Account settings using your password or an emailed verification code. This permanently removes the cloud calendar and account. Website subscriptions are set to stop before deletion completes. Apple subscriptions remain managed separately by Apple.
